How does door-to-door trash pickup work?

Our valet trash service offers a convenient and hassle-free trash pick-up solution for apartment communities. Residents simply place their bagged trash in the provided bin outside their door on designated collection days during the set pick-up times. During the nightly collection times, our team collects the waste directly from each doorstep and ensures it is disposed of properly in the community’s dumpsters or compactors.

Schedule

  • Trash is picked up nightly Sunday – Thursday
  • All trash should be placed outside between 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. on collection days
  • Collection occurs from 8 p.m. – midnight on collection days
  • All bins need to be brought inside by 9 a.m. the following morning

Procedures for trash pickup

  • All trash should be bagged, tied, and placed in the container residents were provided with
  • Flatten all large boxes
  • Limit bags to 25 lbs
  • Double bag cat litter
  • No oversized items
  • Trash should be placed right outside the apartment
  • No Service on New Years Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
